The International Car & Bike Fest

PAL of Hallandale Beach in collaboration with SCOPE, is proud to present the inaugural South Florida International Car & Bike Festival – a celebration of automotive excellence set in the vibrant city of Hallandale Beach, Florida.

This event will showcase an exciting range of international high-end vehicles, the best sound systems and the most unique display of new and classic cars and motorcycles, attracting enthusiasts, fans and families alike for a day of great food, entertainment, excitement and community connection.

The International Car & Bike Festival will serve as the foundation for a series of recurring events at the iconic Gulf Stream Park Racetrack and Casino. Our commitment to excellence and strong partnership with local law enforcement paves the way for events that foster community pride, generate revenue, and establish scope and PAL as a driving force behind this new Hallandale Beach tradition.

We will encourage car and bike collectors and enthusiast from all First responders (law enforcement, emergency medical services, fire service members and public Works employees) to participate by entering their vehicles to win prizes and rewards. A portion of every dollar earned will go back to PAL to assist them in continuing their great work of community outreach
